It is intended for combat actions involving tanks, combat vehicles, armoured personnel carriers and other armored enemy targets. The first T-54 prototype was completed in 1946 with first production beginning in 1947. The T-54 was continuously improved and modified, and, when sufficient changes had been made, the tank was redesignated T-55. The T-55 was introduced in 1958 and incorporates all the refinements and improvements of the fully developed T-54 series without being radically different in design or appearance. The T-55A appeared in the early 1960s. Both used a turret design from Krupp; the main differences were in the hull design, transmission and suspension.
The Henschel version used a conventional hull design with sloped armor resembling the layout of the Panther tank. It had a rear mounted engine and used nine overlapping road wheels per side, mounted on transverse torsion bars, in a similar manner to the original Tiger. To simplify maintenance, however, the wheels were overlapping rather than interleaved as in the Tiger
Henschel won the contract, and all Tiger IIs were produced by the firm. Two turret designs were used in production vehicles. The initial design is sometimes misleadingly called the "Porsche turret" due to the belief that it was designed by Porsche for their prototype. In fact this turret was simply the initial Krupp design for both prototypes. This turret had a rounded front and steeply sloped sides, with a difficult-to-manufacture curved bulge on the turret's left side, to accommodate the commander's cupola. Fifty early turrets were mounted to Henschel's hull and used in action. The more common "production" turret, sometimes called the "Henschel" turret, was simplified with a flat face, no shot trap (created by the curved face of the initial-type turret), less-steeply sloped sides, and no bulge for the commander's cupola.
The track system used on the Tiger II chassis was a unique one, which used alternating "contact shoe" and "connector" links—the contact shoe link had a pair of transverse metal bars that contacted the ground, while the connector links had no contact with the ground.
The Tiger II was developed late in the war and made in relatively small numbers. Like all German tanks, it had a gasoline engine. However, this same engine powered the much lighter Panther and Tiger I tanks. The Panther's excellent combination of firepower, mobility, and protection served as a benchmark for other nations' late war and immediate post-war tank designs, and it is frequently regarded as one of the best tank designs of World War II.
While sharing essentially the same engine as the Tiger I tank, it had better frontal armor, better gun penetration, was lighter overall and thus faster, and could handle rough terrain better than the Tigers. The tradeoff was weaker side armor; the Panther proved to be deadly in open country and shooting from long range, but vulnerable to close-quarters combat. Also, the 75 mm gun fired a slightly smaller shell than the Tiger's 88 mm gun, providing less high explosive firepower against infantry, though it was still quite effective.
The Panther was also far cheaper to produce than the Tiger tanks, and only slightly more expensive than the Panzer IV, as its design came to fruition at the same time that the Reich Ministry of Armament and War Production was making great efforts to increase war production. Key elements of the Panther design, such as its armor, transmission and final drive, were compromises made specifically to improve production rates and addressGermany's war shortages, whereas other elements such as its highly compact engine and its complex suspension system remained with their elegant but complicated engineering. The result was that Panther tank production was far higher than what was possible for the Tiger tanks, but not much higher than what had been accomplished with the Panzer IV. At the same time, the simplified final drive became the single major cause of breakdowns of the Panther tank, and was a problem that was never corrected.

Kit Features:

Scale : 1:35
Item Type : Plastic Model Armor Kit
Model Dimension : Length: 200mm Width: 98mm
Total Plastic Parts : 980+
Total Sprues : 30 sprues , lower hull , upper hull and turret
Photo Etched Parts : 3 pcs
More Features : The kit consists of over 980 parts- The kit w/refined detail- Multi-slide moulded hull and turret- Individual tracks- Photo etched parts included

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0613/6453/5552/files/hbb84534-135-hobby-boss-german-pzbeobwg-v-ausfa-squadron-model-models__68271.1708378008.jpg?v=1746950658
hobby-boss-1-72-hobby-boss-soviet-9p117m1-launcher-with-r17-rocket-of-9k72-missile-complex-elbrus-scud-b-100-new-tooling-plastic-model-kit
Hobby Boss 1/72 Hobby Boss Soviet (9P117M1) Launcher with R17 Rocket of 9K72 Missile Complex "Elbrus" (Scud B) - 100% new tooling Plastic Model Kit

Description
The first use of the term Scud was in the NATO name SS-1b Scud-A, applied to the R-11 ballistic missile. The Tiger I is the first tank mounting the 88 mm gun, in its initial armored fighting vehicle-dedicated version, which in its Flak version had previously demonstrated its effectiveness against both air and ground targets. During the course of the war, the Tiger I saw combat on all German battlefronts. It was usually deployed in independent tank battalions, which proved to be quite formidable. While the Tiger I was feared by many of its opponents, it was over-engineered, used expensive and labour intensive materials and production methods, and was time-consuming to produce. The most widely manufactured and deployed German tank of the Second World War, the Panzer IV was used as the base for many other fighting vehicles, including the Sturmgeschütz IV tank destroyer, the Wirbelwind self-propelled anti-aircraft weapon, and the Brummbär self-propelled gun, amongst others.
Kit Features:

Scale : 1:48
Item Type : Plastic Model Armor Kit
Model Dimension : Length: 136.2mm Width: 59.2mm
Total Plastic Parts : 250+
Total Sprues : 6 sprues, upper hull, lower hull and turret
More Features : The kit consists of over 250 parts- Newly tooled parts in accurate detail

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0613/6453/5552/files/hbb84840-148-hobby-boss-german-pzkpfw-iv-ausff2-preorder-squadron-model-models__06410.1704388383.jpg?v=1746950750
hobby-boss-1-35-hobby-boss-lkw-7t-mil-gl-truck-plastic-model-kit
Hobby Boss 1/35 Hobby Boss LKW 7t Mil Gl Truck Plastic Model Kit

Description
Kit Features:

Scale : 1:35
Item Type : Plastic Model Armor Kit
Model Dimension : Length: 249.3mm Width: 72.8mm
Total Plastic Parts : 400+
Total Sprues : 13 sprues, cab and tires
Photo Etched Parts : 3 pcs
More Features : - Detailed multi-directional slide-molded cab- Full drive train assembly complete with engine transmission, differential housing and suspension units.- The main tires are hollow rubber with very good tread pattern

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0613/6453/5552/files/hbb85522-135-hobby-boss-lkw-7t-mil-gl-truck-plastic-model-kit-squadron-model-models__94936.1685253463.jpg?v=1746950821
hobby-boss-1-35-hobby-boss-bergepanzer-bpz3-buffalo-arv
Hobby Boss 1/35 Hobby Boss Bergepanzer BPz3 Buffalo ARV

Description
Kit Features:

Scale : 1:35
Item Type : Plastic Model Armor Kit
Model Dimension : Length: 262.8mm Width: 100.9mm
Total Plastic Parts : 610+
Total Sprues : 14 sprues, upper hull, lower hull and rubber tracks
Metal Parts : Copper cable
Photo Etched Parts : 2 pcs
More Features : The kit consists of over 610 parts- The kit w/refined detail- Multi-slide moulded lower hull and upper hull- Rubber tracks- Photo etched parts included

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0613/6453/5552/files/hbb84565-135-hobby-boss-bergepanzer-bpz3-buffalo-arv-squadron-model-models__73686.1685253466.jpg?v=1746950821
hobby-boss-1-35-hobby-boss-german-sd-kfz-186-jagdtiger-henschel-production
Hobby Boss 1/35 Hobby Boss German Sd.Kfz.186 Jagdtiger Henschel Production

Description
Jagdtiger's (Hunting Tiger) development started in February of 1943 and on October 20th of 1943, wooden mock-up was presented to Adolf Hitler.
Key elements of the Panther design, such as its armor, transmission and final drive, were compromises made specifically to improve production rates and address Germany's war shortages, whereas other elements such as its highly compact engine and its complex suspension system remained with their elegant but complicated engineering.
Key elements of the Panther design, such as its armor, transmission and final drive, were compromises made specifically to improve production rates and address Germany's war shortages, whereas other elements such as its highly compact engine and its complex suspension system remained with their elegant but complicated engineering. The result was that Panther tank production was far higher than what was possible for the Tiger tanks, but not much higher than what had been accomplished with the Panzer IV.
