Description
Stephen M. Timko & Robert J. Yanosey
Marion was known as the Crossroads of Ohio Railroading – it was intersected by four railroads: PRR main line to Sandusky (later N&W), C&O (Hocking Valley), NYC (Big Four), and the Erie (later EL) main line between Chicago and Hoboken. Yard moves as well as passenger and freight trains and structures are documented through the lens of many well-known photographers. Coverage reaches back in to PRR days at Marion and progresses though PC, Chessie, CSX, NS, and Conrail!
