The new Walthers 4750 covered hoppers are an excellent addition to the covered hoppers available in HO scale. Scale fidelity for model appears good.The model offers brake plumbing , metal wheel sets, and a solid roofwalk. A side by side comparison shows that the model compares favorably to other 4750 ‘s available in the market.The price point for this model reflects good value for the modeler, particularly for those of that run unit grain/ phosphate trains. The model will enhance a train composed of cars from various manufacturers.Personally, I intend to add more cars to my fleet.
