I bought a pair of these suspended blinking lights. As always , I carefully removed the lights from the packaging, I installed the first one with success, the second one did not light up. I have at least 30 Woodland Scenics N scalie accessories on my layout and have the experience install these properly.
I did'nt bother to try and return the broken one because from many other reveiws over the year Woodland does not support their products and the cost to to return almost equals the cost of the product.
