Aurora Miniatures North America Inc. is proud to present its first N scale freight car – the Greenbrier 7550 cf 60’ Plate F Boxcar. With almost 20,000 of these 60ft double plug door boxcars roaming the rails of North America, it is one of the most common boxcars of the 21st century. Aurora’s N scale replica is based on the 2016+ version of this boxcar, which feature ‘grid’ sides. Seven authentic paint schemes are being offered for the first run. Since we are the producer of the most accurate and most detailed HO scale model of this boxcar, therefore it is natural that we also produce an N scale version. If this project is proven to be successful, we will proceed to offer many of our other announced HO scale freight cars in N scale.
