Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

How do you accept payments?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Shop Pay payments. We do not currently accept Money Orders or Checks.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, select items can also be shipped to Canada. If you would like to order outside of these countries, please email us the product SKU's and quantities and we will get you a UPS shipping quote.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on your distance from our warehouse/s and the order weight. Please add the items you would like to order to your cart. On the cart page we have a shipping calculator that will provide the current shipping rates.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within the same or next day, orders paced later on the day Saturday or Sunday won't be picked up by the carrier until Monday. Shipping times vary by distance but usually arrive within 1-5 days.

Why does the return address on my package say Overstock Hobbies?

Some packages will have a return address of Overstock Hobbies, this just means the order did not ship from our retail shop and shipped from a partner warehouse.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest of it?

While most orders ship complete in one shipment, we do occasionally ship orders in multiple boxes. We do also have orders that ship from multiple warehouse locations. You can view shipments on in your account orders page.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 7 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. If the product package has been opened we will not be able to accept a return. For more information on returns and restocking fees please see our return page HERE.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
