Shipping policy

1.) How do you calculate the cost of shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated for all shipments and displayed to you at checkout. We use the weight and dimensions of the package to determine the shipping cost.

2.) How long before my order ships?

Our orders usually ship from our warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. Some items may take longer.

3.) What are my shipping choices?

We offer shipping services with USPS and UPS. Please proceed to checkout for available rates for your order. 

4.) Will my order ship in multiple shipments?

Depending on the item/s ordered, we may ship your order from multiple locations or we may ship an order from one warehouse in multiple pieces. Some items like larger transformers or layout kits will always ship severalty. 

 

Notes:

Certain products must ship ground transportation, in order to comply with shopping regulations we may modify the shipping service if your order requires ground transportation services to you. 

We aim to ship all orders as requested by the customer, in some cases to help ensure your order arrives at your door on time and/or safely we may ship with an alternative carrier. In many cases this would result in Ground Advantage Packages being shipped via UPS Ground. 

Fusion Scale Hobbies is not reasonable for lost or damaged packages sent with the US postal system.
