Woodland Scenics Tunnel Liner Form Mold makes it easy to create realistic tunnel interiors, rock walls, and detailed tunnel ceilings for model railroad layouts and dioramas. This innovative reusable mold is specially designed for casting highly realistic tunnel liner sections using Lightweight Hydrocal®*, helping hobbyists build professional-quality mountain tunnels and hidden track sections with authentic rock texture and structural realism.

The Tunnel Liner Form Mold creates one-half of either a single or double tunnel liner section with each pour, allowing modelers to quickly build complete tunnel interiors for mainline railroads, mountain passes, hidden staging entrances, and underground track routes. Realistic castings add depth and believable rock texture to tunnel scenes while improving the finished appearance of layout infrastructure and scenic transitions.

Simply fill the mold with Lightweight Hydrocal® using a spatula, then join two half sections together at the top using a strip of Plaster Cloth to create a flexible hinged liner. Completed tunnel sections can be joined together on one side to form longer tunnels, while the unattached side can be raised easily for convenient track cleaning and maintenance access. The mold is sized for HO Scale and can be modified easily for N Scale applications.

The reusable mold design makes it ideal for large layout projects requiring multiple tunnel sections and realistic underground scenery.
