Each half section maintains the same 13.75" radius as the corresponding full-section curve while providing half of its angular length. The half-section geometry gives modelers greater flexibility when a standard full curved section would add too much curvature to the track arrangement.

Fine-Tune 13.75" Radius Curves

The 13.75" radius provides a broader curve than Atlas's 10", 11.25" and 12.5" radius Code 55 sectional curves. These half sections provide additional flexibility for working with that broader radius while making smaller adjustments to the overall track arrangement.
