The NixTrainz Decoder Buddy Mini NTZ2 is a compact 21-pin DCC decoder adapter board designed for locomotives with limited internal space. It provides a structured wiring interface that replaces direct decoder wiring and simplifies installation of modern sound and function decoders.

The NTZ2 is part of the Decoder Buddy Mini platform and is designed for HO, N scale, and other compact locomotive applications where full-size decoder motherboards cannot fit. It supports installation of popular 21-pin decoders including ESU LokSound, SoundTraxx Tsunami2, Digitrax, and TCS systems.

The Decoder Buddy Mini NTZ2 provides a simplified wiring interface for locomotive electronics, including track power, motor outputs, speaker connections, and lighting functions routed through clearly labeled solder pads.
