The NixTrainz Decoder Buddy V5B NTZ6 is a 21-pin DCC decoder motherboard designed to simplify locomotive decoder installations while providing expanded lighting control and improved wiring organization. The NTZ6 is part of the Decoder Buddy V5B system and is engineered for use with ESU LokSound, SoundTraxx Tsunami2, Digitrax, and other 21-pin compatible decoders. It replaces direct decoder wiring with a structured motherboard layout for improved reliability and serviceability.

21-Pin Decoder Installation Platform

The NTZ6 provides a centralized wiring interface for track power, motor outputs, speaker connections, and lighting functions. This reduces installation complexity and eliminates direct soldering to decoder pads, improving long-term durability and ease of maintenance.

12 Function Lighting Output System
