Stir thoroughly before application. White paint generally looks best over a clean and uniform surface. Build opacity with multiple light coats and allow adequate drying time between applications rather than applying one heavy coat.
Use compatible enamel thinner for thinning and cleanup and provide appropriate ventilation.
