Getting the Best Fluorescent Color
Stir thoroughly before use. Fluorescent colors generally appear brightest over a clean white or other light-colored base. Build the color with several light, even coats for a more uniform and vivid appearance.
Use compatible enamel thinner for thinning and cleanup and provide appropriate ventilation.
