Getting the Best Fluorescent Color
Stir thoroughly before application. A clean white or light-colored base generally helps fluorescent colors achieve greater brightness. Build the finish with multiple light coats for more even color.
Use compatible enamel thinner for thinning and cleanup and provide appropriate ventilation.
