Getting the Best Fluorescent Color
Stir thoroughly before use. Fluorescent yellow generally produces its brightest appearance over a clean white or light-colored base. Apply multiple thin coats as needed to build color intensity.
Use compatible enamel thinner for thinning and cleanup and provide suitable ventilation.
