Atlas N Scale Code 55 Under-Table Switch Machine with DPDT Relay – ATL2065 provides concealed electrical operation for compatible Atlas N Scale Code 55 turnouts. Designed for installation beneath the layout surface, this switch machine keeps the operating mechanism out of sight while allowing turnouts to be controlled electrically from a convenient layout control location.

Atlas equips ATL2065 with a double-pole, double-throw (DPDT) relay and actuating mechanism, providing additional electrical switching capability alongside turnout operation. It is specifically designed for use with Atlas N Scale Code 55 turnouts.

Under-Table Turnout Operation

Rather than mounting the operating mechanism alongside the turnout, ATL2065 installs beneath the layout table. The actuating mechanism connects the machine below the layout to the turnout above, allowing the points to be moved electrically while keeping the mechanism largely hidden from the finished scene.

This makes an under-table switch machine particularly attractive for highly detailed layouts where modelers want to minimize visible turnout-control hardware around the track.
