Track inspection cars have long been a familiar sight on the executive business car fleets of many Class I railroads. Designed to offer a clear view of the tracks ahead while providing premium comfort for railroad executives in theater-style seating, these cars represent both function and prestige on the rails.

In this upcoming production run, we’re introducing a variety of new road names using our highly detailed Union Pacific “Fox River” tooling. These models serve as ideal stand-ins for your HO scale Office Car Special—bringing impressive detail and realism at a more accessible price point.

Just like our “Fox River” Theater Cars, these new track inspection cars are packed with features, including individually controllable lighting: operational ditch lights, marker lights, spotlights, and interior illumination—all designed to deliver a dynamic, lifelike appearance.
