This non-toxic, water-soluble scenery compound is specially formulated to replicate the natural appearance of aged concrete for highly detailed urban and industrial scenes.
Designed for brush-on application, Top Coat™ Concrete provides smooth, even coverage and realistic coloring for road systems, paved surfaces, curbs, and structural scenery projects across HO Scale, N Scale, O Scale, and other model railroad scales. Use it to finish roads created with Woodland Scenics Road System products such as Smooth-It™ and Paving Tape™.
The realistic concrete coloring works perfectly for city streets, sidewalks, warehouse districts, industrial yards, parking areas, station platforms, and urban environments where authentic paved surfaces add depth and realism to layouts.
