Terrible service

Decals when they finally arrived are fine. This transaction was terrible. Ordered on May 7th. Paid extra for faster shipping. Took 2 weeks. You never responded to my emails and you cannot speak to anyone by phone. These decals started in TN but went to 4 State before getting to me where I also live in TN. Terrible, shame on your lack of CS. Go check out the order #FSG18907 and tracking details. Was a joke. I've ordered from you many times but maybe not again. Want to talk about it 2674467505.

However, we understand the frustration with the extended delivery time and the package taking a longer route than expected. Acceptable

Quality, quantity, clarity and ease of use were all exceptional. However, the size of the numbers (applied to the cab side patches) were too large. Studying prototype photos shows the numbers to be smaller. I had to extend the length of the yellow patch to make sure the number, UP and locomotive model number fit in. Luckily my customer accepted it. Maybe something to consider in the future.
