Arrived quickly, packaged great, correct color, just got my replacement phone today

This review is not about the Conrail Blue paint I received, which is fine, but is about the PFE Orange paint that I received in the same order. When I started shaking the PFE Orange bottle, it felt really light, and when I opened the bottle, sure enough, the bottle was only about half full. When Tru Color is charging premium prices for a 1 oz. bottle of paint, the bottle should have the normal amount of paint in it. All the other bottles of paint in my order had the normal amount of paint in them, so no problem with them.
