This double door boxcar with Roller Bearing trucks was built in the early 1980s by Pullman Standard. It was previously owned by the Seattle & North Coast Railroad, but eventually it made its way into the Cedar Rapids & Iowa City Railway fleet of boxcars. Known as the CRANDIC, this Class III railway was formed in 1904 and has around 60 miles of track within Iowa. It serves a number of large industrial and agricultural companies..
