Received damaged

No response from customer service.

Hi Jim, we have indeed responded to you. You sent us an email that the product arrived damaged, we issed a return shipping label for you so you could retun the product to us. The label was issued 5 days ago, as of today 9/8 you still have not sent the product back to us. A refund can only be issued once the package has bene retuend to the shop.
